Q - If we elect to book with you will you provide us with a contract.?
A - YES. We will mail a contract for you to sign and return along with a $250 non-refundable retainer.
Q - Are you insured?
A - YES. We carry $1,000,000 worth of liability insurance for the protection of you and your guests.
Q - Will we know who our DJ/MC is going to be?
A - Absolutely. We DJ / MC all wedding receptions personally. There will be no surprise on your wedding day as to who your DJ/MC will be. You will work directly with us from the time you sign the contract until your last dance.
(For non-wedding events, we may send one of our qualified associates
to be your dj. If this occurs, you will be notified in
advance.)
Q - Do you use professional-grade equipment?
A - YES. All of our equipment is pro-audio.
We use only top-quality equipment made by some of the world’s most
respected manufacturers. Also, we routinely inspect and
perform any necessary maintenance on all of our equipment to make
sure it is always in proper working-condition.
Q - What happens in the event of an equipment failure?
A - We carry a complete backup system of equal quality to every event. In the unlikely event of an equipment failure, a backup system can be operational in a matter of minutes.
Q - Will you have the appropriate amount of equipment for
my venue and number of guests?
A - YES. We have enough equipment to provide
sound for very small to very large events. We assess each case
individually, considering such things as venue size and number of
guests, and provide the appropriate amount of sound accordingly.
Q - Do you offer different wedding reception packages?
A - We only offer one package…our very best one!! We do not believe in charging extra for things such as, in person consultations, larger sound systems (if needed), lighting or formal attire. This is all included in our Wedding Package.
Q - Do you offer any additional services?
A - YES. We
offer additional optional items that you may add to your package for
an additional fee. These include ceremony set-ups, reception photo
slideshows, and personalized voice recordings. (These are amazing,
please ask for details.)
Q - Do you book multiple events on the same day?
A - NO. We both DJ/ MC weddings but neither of us will book more than one event per day. You will have exclusive booking for your reserved date.
